Field Sales Representative (Retail) needed at Kärcher South Africa

• The Retail Account Manager will be responsible for opening new accounts with retail stores and driving the sales of Kärcher products in the West Rand and Vaal area. This role requires a proactive approach to business development, extensive travel, and exceptional relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for achieving targets.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our presence in retail stores.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and buyers.
• Drive the sales of Kärcher products by securing new accounts and increasing product placements in stores.
• Conduct regular visits to retail locations to promote products, provide training, and ensure optimal product displays.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

• 4 years +proven experience in same company as a Retail Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in G-Suits and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the West Rand and Vaal area
