Site Agent / Driver needed at Redheads Engineering Solutions Ltd

Responsibilities:

• Ensure morale on site is positive
• Maintain and foster positive relationships with site employees
• Ensure company resources are used according to policy and code of conduct
• Assist with inspection of guesthouses and ensure that accommodation is up to standard
• Assist with the mobilisation of site employees
• Assist with follow-ups for timesheets every Monday
• Assist with site administration
• Chauffeuring team members and other people
• Transportation of goods and materials
• Document and message delivery
• Record keeping, maintaining accurate delivery records
• Vehicle maintenance, conduct routine inspections, and perform basic maintenance of vehicles.
• Operate company vehicles
• Plan routes
• General errands, run errands as required by management, including purchasing supplies, banking tasks, or other miscellaneous activities.
• Deliver documents to clients or suppliers

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• MS Office skills

Knowledge:

• Previous experience as a site agent will be an advantage
• Previous work on Eskom sites will also be an advantage
• Best routes, knowledge of South African roads and rural areas an advantage
• Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance procedures
• Ability to navigate routes and use GPS systems efficiently
