Key Responsibilities
- Crush Your Quota: Consistently hit your monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Sage HR & Payroll suite, following our proven sales and marketing strategies.
- NCA Champion: Drive new customer acquisition (NCA) by identifying key target accounts and collaborating with the Sales Manager to execute a strategic NCA plan that delivers impressive ACV revenue.
- Partner with Purpose: Manage and nurture partner opportunities, guiding them from start to finish. Support Business Partners in sales and marketing activities to amplify revenue generation.
- Customer Engagement: Arrange and attend on-site meetings with potential and existing customers, aligning with the sales strategy to grow relationships and close deals.

- Build Lasting Relationships: Foster strong, ongoing connections with Sage customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and continued business.
- Salesforce Mastery: Proactively manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce, keeping all key documents, updates, and plans transparent and accessible to the team throughout the sales process.
- Forecast Like a Pro: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts, providing regular updates that reflect the current status of all opportunities.
- Own Your Time: Show exceptional time management skills, prioritizing your tasks and goals daily and weekly to maximize productivity.
- Be a Sage Ambassador: Actively promote Sage and engage with our community on platforms like LinkedIn, showcasing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products.
Skills, know-how and experience:
Must have:
- Degree or diploma or equivalent qualification (Financial, business or IT related)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer facing sales
- Previous Sales experience in HR and Payroll
- Strong presentation/demo skills
- Self-starter and independent thinker with the attitude to work while having a clear understanding of driving results.
- Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to creatively sell to all decision-making levels.
- Continues interaction and relationship building with Business Partners. A team player with ability to share knowledge.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Technical / professional qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma or equivalent qualification (Financial, business or IT related)
- Payroll and HR knowledge
