What you’ll do:

  • Business development including research and implementing new initiatives to drive revenue, lower operating costs while maintaining delivery excellent customer support.
  • Keep all relevant stakeholders informed of developments with company’s objectives.
  • Ensure employees move in the same strategic direction to achieve its mission.
  • Remain close to all stakeholders including the cluster heads, employees, clients, key-decision makers and external service suppliers.
  • Manage resources, including the attracting, hiring and retention of talent.
  • Manage and report on the effective implementation of a marketing strategy to maintain market relevance and promote products and services to increase sales within area of responsibility
  • Manage key personnel, clients and service providers.
  • Oversee and develop a team of multi-skilled individuals setting clear expectations, empowering and mentoring employees, fostering a positive work environment, ensuring continuous improvement, and aligning performance with business goals and leadership values.
  • Participate in budgeting, align individual targets with national objectives, monitor project progress within budget and timelines, and ensure effective management of all associated budgets.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and business acumen, effectively managing complexity, driving high performance, providing direction, fostering innovation, and building trust.
  • Managing the business unit budget and managing a profit and loss.
  • Oversight of the sales force as necessary to support business growth and customer retention.

  • Function related experience: 5 years
  • Leading teams: 10 years
  • Project experience: 15 years
  • Other experience: 15 years in Energy and Power Management industry.
  • Established business management track-record and experience in a complex business/commercial environment.
  • Proven ability to develop business strategy and objectives.
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
  • Excellent judgement and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills up to C-Level.

Qualifications:

  • BS.Engineering Degree or B.Tech, Professionally qualified and Post Grad management course
