  • Consistently exceeded sales targets, demonstrating a results-driven approach.
  • Proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce.com and advanced Excel for investment analysis.
  • Strong understanding of the Cape Town property market, particularly the Atlantic Seaboard and CBD.
  • Maintains a solid client base of past buyers and potential high-value real estate customers.
