Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12;
• Relevant post-school qualification in E-commerce will serve as a recommendation;
• At least 2 years retail experience. (specific experience in e-commerce will serve as a recommendation)
• Computer literate;
• Knowledge of AS400 will serve as a recommendation.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities:

• Management and coordination of the online store;
• Continuous communication with the online store developer;
• Updating the database;
• Continuous marketing of the online store;
• Close cooperation with relevant internal departments (Purchasing, IT, Marketing and Commercial Branches)
• Dealing with customer queries
