Your Role in the Shadows:

• Assist the Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Relationship Management Team to maintain and enhance toolkits, and engage with teams across the business to ensure smooth and ongoing usage.
• Become the guardian of their Contract Lifecycle Management system (DocuSign CLM), mastering its functions to unlock new efficiencies.
• Take charge of Procurement spend reporting, blending contract data to uncover trends that will inform procurement strategy.
• Work closely with the Data and Insight teams, manipulating data sets and crafting advanced Tableau dashboards to reveal powerful insights.
• Support the Sustainability Manager in gathering ESG data for crucial reports like CDP and Ecovadis, helping the business lead the charge toward sustainability.

What We Seek in the Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field with 2-4 years of experience in Analytics or Business Intelligence.
• Advanced Excel and Tableau skills that would make even the most complex data sets tremble.
• – An ability to manage processes, flowcharts, and requirements like a seasoned strategist, with comfort working remotely with teams from all corners of the globe.
• Experience with BI/Reporting tools and a desire to master the dark arts of systems like DocuSign CLM.
• Good SQL skills, with knowledge of Snowflake and experience with sustainability reporting tools like CDP or Ecovadis will be highly advantageous.
