The successful candidate will be responsible for:

 Effectively and efficiently coordinating the following in respect of candidate selection:

  • Liaising with software developers, service providers, support contractors and Party structures at provincial and regional level 
  • System monitoring, testing and reporting
  • Managing verification processes
  • Managing helpdesk requests and technical queries
  • Requesting and circulating information on the candidate selection process

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate or equivalent
  • 3 years’ experience in a senior administrative role
  • Project management experience
  • Computer literacy, particularly MS Office suite, with advanced Excel

Skills:

  • Written and verbal communication, including minute taking and agenda preparation
  • Attention to detail
