  • We are seeking a Retail Field Representative responsible for maintaining and elevating the presence of our products in retail stores. Minimum Requirements    

  • In-depth knowledge of consumer electronics and current technology trends.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Ability to lift and transport products, as well as promotional materials.

Duties and Responsibilities    

  • Merchandising and Display Management:
  • Ensure product displays are visually appealing, fully stocked, and aligned with company standards.
  • Implement planograms and promotional displays as directed by the retail team.
  • Maintain layout plans, shelves and inventory across all stores.
  • Monitor and report on stock levels, product placement, and competitive activities.
  • Optimize customer engagement and sales by showcasing products effectively.
  • Retail Partner Support:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
  • Stock sales floor shelves and create visually appealing product displays.
  • Take strategic actions to maximize sales, reduce stockholding, and enhance stock turnover.
  • Provide training sessions on product knowledge, coaching staff in essential technical and sales skills.
  • Ensure retail staff are well-informed about product details and ongoing promotions.
  • Assist retail staff with product inquiries and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Sales and Marketing Execution:
  • Implement marketing and promotional strategies to boost product awareness and drive sales.
  • Stay current with industry best practices through regular training sessions.
  • Conduct in-store demonstrations and events to showcase products and engage with customers.
  • Gather and report customer feedback, sales data, and market trends for continuous improvement.
  • Field Reporting:
  • Communicate trading issues and concerns promptly with management.
  • Prepare regular reports detailing merchandising activities, store visits, and sales performance.
  • Identify and address any challenges or opportunities encountered in the field.
  • Travel and Territory Management:
  • Travel to various retail locations within the assigned territory.
  • Efficiently manage time and travel expenses to maximize coverage and effectiveness.
  • Ensure that all visits are scheduled and documented accurately.
