Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Raizcorp’s overall marketing goals.
  • Identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.

Content Development & Multi-Account Management:

  • Craft compelling, on-brand copy for social media posts, campaigns, and stories across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create eye-catching visuals, videos, and other media to complement posts.
  • Plan and schedule posts across various platforms, ensuring consistent and timely updates for all accounts.
  • Contribute to developing and refining the social media content calendar, ensuring alignment with Raizcorp’s overall brand messaging and tone.
  • Oversee the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting across all platforms.

Platform Management:

  • Manage and grow Raizcorp’s social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
  • Monitor platform trends, new tools, and best practices to keep Raizcorp’s social media presence current and innovative.

Community Building & Engagement:

  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use organic strategies to grow followers and engagement rates for each division’s social media accounts.

Campaign Execution

  • Assist in planning and executing promotional Social Media Campaigns for key initiatives, programs, and events.
  • Develop engaging content to highlight partnerships and sponsorships in an authentic and creative way.
  • Assist with planning and executing social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with each division’s goals and brand identity.
  • Support the organization, promotion, and coverage of Raizcorp events, creating buzz and driving attendance.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to assess the success of campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators (KPIs) and use insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Stay on top of social media trends and competitor activity to keep Raizcorp’s content fresh and relevant.

Brand Advocacy & Reputation Management:

  • Ensure Raizcorp’s social media presence remains consistent with its brand values.
  • Monitor social media trends and sentiment, addressing any issues that may impact the company’s reputation.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media into broader campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments (sales, customer service, and operations) to align social media messaging with business objectives.
  • Curate stories and testimonials from entrepreneurs to showcase Raizcorp’s impact authentically and compellingly.

Fast-Paced, High-Pressure Environment

  • Multi-Tasking: Thrive in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines, efficiently managing multiple accounts and competing priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media strategy, preferably in a corporate, digital marketing, or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proven track record of managing social media accounts and successful campaigns across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
