What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to placing top-tier permanent candidates who align with client needs.
• Headhunt highly skilled professionals for niche and critical roles.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of candidates, including identity, education, credit, and criminal checks.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding their unique culture, values, and specific hiring requirements.
• Collaborate with offsite recruitment teams to deliver high-quality candidates and provide insights into client needs.
• Conduct business development calls to market standout candidates and bring in new job specifications.
• Maintain comprehensive and organised records of research and candidate information using Excel.
• Craft CVs in specified formats to present candidates professionally and effectively.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Matric qualification.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years’ recruitment experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets and demonstrating a strong drive to achieve results.
• Experience in internal recruitment is essential.
