SUMMARY

• We currently have a 12-month contract opportunity available with the possibility of being renewed for an Intermediate Software Developer to either be based in Cape Town or Gauteng. Most of the time you will be working remotely whilst being part of a Solutions Delivery Team where you will be responsible for application design, coding, testing and debugging, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Project will be for a client within the Financial Services/ Banking sector. If you have been exposed working on projects with handling large volume of data, we want to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Active engagement in code reviews, design discussions and maintaining version control processes using Git
• Responsible for actively participating in the entire software development life cycle
• Engaging in research development tasks as directed by the Software Development Manager, contributing to specialized sub-teams focused on specific development areas
• Maintaining version control processes and ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 2-3 Years’ + experience with the following technologies:
• NodeJS – Critical
• Angular 2+ – Critical
• TSQL – Critical
• Git, JavaScript / TypeScript and Docker – nice to have
