- Core responsibilities include managing labour relations, overseeing maintenance, driving automation initiatives, and upholding health and safety standards.
- The role also involves budget management, continuous improvement efforts, and performance oversight.
- Flexibility for extended working hours, emergency callouts, and occasional travel within the EMEA region is required.
- You must be a Trade Tested Fitter and Turner, Millwright or Tool Jig & Die Maker, and possess at least 10 years of production management experience, within the Engineering and Metals sector.
