Responsibilities:

  • Manage the service back-office team and ensure that all service requests are handled efficiently and effectively
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency of the service business
  • Monitor service requests and ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the service spare part manager,service coordinators as well as site leads to ensure that they have the necessary information and resources to complete service requests
  • Overall responsibility of SPM related topics (stock control,audits,analysing consumptions,warehouse procedures,material returns,logistic and transportation,forecasting to plan future orders)
  • Provide regular reports to management on the performance of the service back-office team (service operational KPI’s, SPM KPI’s)
  • Ensure that all service requests are logged and tracked in the company’s service management system
  • Maintain relationships and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, service technicians, and other departments within the company

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a service back office management role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with service management systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
