- 5 years relevant experience in providing administrative support – preferably in a mining environment.

- Payroll understanding

- SAGE HR Systems Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and audit data on P300 and ensure capturing is as per company required standards for payroll processing and record keeping.
- Audit and maintain employee files by collecting and filling all documents as per employee check list.
- Assist with training administration
- Provide assistance with various HR administrative projects as requested.
- Conduct audits on timesheets for payroll accuracy.
- Ensure accurate figures/ data are captured, and reports generated and distributed as required
- Create reports on request to assist in decision-making
