Job description

  • The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial information. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and assisting three bookkeepers and report to the Junior Financial Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Review and assist in tracking expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts, and payments
  • Provide regular financial reports (daily, weekly, and monthly)
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable daily
  • Consult with General Managers
  • Report to Junior Financial Manager and assist her with Payroll and VAT Reconciliation
  • Ad-Hoc tasks for Group Financial Manager
  • Assist in Yearend Audit

Qualifications

  • Degree in accounting or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Sage Online (Pilot experience would be advantageous)
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Payroll experience
  • VAT Experience
  • Experience in overseeing bookkeepers
  • Must reside in the vicinity and have own transport
