  • Matric Certificate or equivalent qualification; Computer Certificate (MS Office). Good Communication skill (written and Verbal)
  • Good Administration and Organizational skills; Customer service skills and ability to work under pressure; good interpersonal and public relations skills;
  • The following will serve as an added advantage: Experience in general administration or Court related functions with regard to court recordings and/or case flow management and a valid driver’s license.

DUTIES :

  • Operate the recording machine and recording of court proceedings ensure integrity of such documents.
  • Preparing and setting up the recording machine and make sure that the recording machine is on before court starts, make sure that the microphones is functioning properly.
  • Provide administrative support in circuit courts.
  • Collecting statistics. Report malfunctions on the machines;
  • Make sure the voices are audible; Export Cases. Keep record of all requests made transcriptions. Provide administrative support in general on court performance and case flow management.
