- We are currently looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager to join our team. If you are passionate about retail leadership, operational excellence, and driving sales, this could be the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
Store operations and team leadership
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and order management
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Sales and revenue growth
- Drive sales performance through effective upselling, staff training, and strategic pricing
- Analyse sales trends and revenue reports and implement strategies to maximize profitability
- Organize in-store promotional events and ensure optimal product display
Inventory and financial management
- Monitor stock levels, purchases, and store budget compliance
- Oversee financial administration, minimize losses, and manage periodic stock counts
- Ensure all transactions and logistics, including Pastel, CM, Onfleet, and standard operating procedures, are well-managed
Qualifications
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Diploma in business administration, sales, or a related field is desirable
- Four to five years of experience in retail management or leadership roles is mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and retail management systems
- Strong point of sale and inventory management experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- A positive attitude with a focus on delivering results
