Requirements
- Be in possession of a Purchasing Diploma or Supply Chain Management qualification or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience as a buyer.

Responsibilities
- Implement SCM policies and processes.
- Negotiate and evaluate quotations.
- Manage risk associated with the procurement of goods and services.
- Provide an advisory service to divisions with regard to tender processes, orders in progress and SCM policies.
- Conduct market intelligence (keeping abreast of market trends of related standard commodities).
- Generate and expedite purchase orders.
- Ensure effective reverse logistics of goods returned.
- Compile and submit monthly reports on procurement spent.
- Develop and manage an auditable administrative system
