Minimum Requirements    

  • 3+ years of experience in campaign management, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
  • A minimum of an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven ability in creating B2B, B2C, and/or B2B2C campaigns.
  • Experience working across a variety of marketing channels.
  • Proven ability to drive ROI through data-driven marketing campaigns and strong analytical skills.
  • Expertise in content that drives campaign objectives (or working closely with creative teams to develop compelling content).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, balancing deadlines, budgets, reports, and priorities.
  • Familiarity with analytics methods as well as analytical tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • A passion for driving results and delivering high-impact campaigns that contribute to overall business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities    

  • Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Lead the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social, & email).
  • Work closely with senior leadership to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Develop and manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met.
  • Data-Driven Analysis & Optimisation:
  • Track and measure campaign performance, using analytics and data-driven insights to optimise and improve campaign results in real time.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, showcasing the ROI, KPIs, and areas of improvement.
  • Use A/B testing, customer segmentation, and other analytical methods to drive continuous improvement in campaign effectiveness.
  • Content Creation & Strategy:
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
  • Develop content strategies for each campaign, ensuring all assets are aligned with campaign goals and are produced on time and within budget.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all campaign touchpoints.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work alongside the marketing, sales, product, & management teams to ensure campaigns are implemented smoothly and effectively.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment with internal teams to drive collaboration and synergy across all channels.
  • Campaign Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Create & implement campaigns that drive business objectives & achieve set targets.
  • Monitor campaign performance continuously, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to assess effectiveness, identify opportunities for optimisation, and apply learnings to future initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Regularly update stakeholders on campaign progress, challenges, and key results.
  • Ensure that all campaign results and adjustments are communicated clearly to stakeholders to drive alignment and maintain trust.
  • Share post-campaign POE & performance reports with all stakeholders (ensuring they’re accessible & informative).
