The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Effectively and efficiently coordinating the following in respect of candidate selection:
- Liaising with software developers, service providers, support contractors and Party structures at provincial and regional level
- System monitoring, testing and reporting
- Managing verification processes
- Managing helpdesk requests and technical queries
- Requesting and circulating information on the candidate selection process
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent
- 3 years’ experience in a senior administrative role
- Project management experience
- Computer literacy, particularly MS Office suite, with advanced Excel
Skills:
- Written and verbal communication, including minute taking and agenda preparation
- Attention to detail
