As the Chief Marketing Officer of Cape Town Tourism, you will:

- Drive Visitor Growth – Expand Cape Town’s reach through targeted campaigns, fostering loyalty and unforgettable travel experiences.
- Champion Inclusivity – Ensure marketing strategies embrace diversity and universal access, making Cape Town welcoming for all travellers, including persons with disabilities.
- Collaborate Widely – Partner with communities, businesses, and global organisations to create campaigns that reflect Cape Town’s rich heritage and future aspirations.
- Deliver Results – Unlock creative revenue streams, enhance market share, and achieve measurable growth in visitor numbers and engagement.

Minimum Requirements:
- 10 years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership.

- Expertise in building and monetising marketing strategies through partnerships and sponsorships.
- Strong storytelling and communication abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
