The experience we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s in chemical engineer or Industrial Engineering
• In depth knowledge and experience of manufacturing technology
• 2-3 years industry experience, Pharmaceuticals / FMCG business
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence

Your responsibilities

• Waste identification and Elimination within operations and in the entire supply chain
• Conduct site OEE deployment and identify top 5 focus areas
• Coordinate Technology Transfer process and to ensure that robust reproducible and efficient manufacturing processes are transferred into Production from R&D, contract manufacturers.
• Initiate process improvement in the areas of cost, quality and customer service
• Continuously review manufacturing processes on the site and at contract manufacturers to determine the most cost-effective supply strategy
• Conduct equipment breakdown analysis and advise the business on improvement areas required
• Provide troubleshooting support to manufacturing sites for processing issues and review the robustness and capability of a different technologies.
• Identify and execute cost saving projects 
• Conduct time studies and process optimisations for site
• Train employees online improvements and ensure that all operating documents are updated
