Job Description

  • In this job you are responsible for co-ordinating the allocation and payment of fines, as well as the registration and renewal of vehicle licences for all company vehicles.
  • To ensure the company meets legal requirements in terms of vehicle licencing and payment of fines in a cost effective and timeous manner.
  • Co-ordinate allocation and payment of fines
  • Co-odinate Vehicle licence renewals
  • Co-ordinate Vehicle Registration (requisitions and sales)
  • Ad-hoc duties
  • Upkeep of TnA
  • SHEQ Responsibilities

Skills, Experience & Education

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • Experience in an administrative function within a Workshop/ Fleet environment Stores experience
  • MS Office proficient
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems advantageous
  • Working knowledge of traffic laws and procedures
  • Valid Drivers Licence
