Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Provide detailed information about products and services, including pricing, availability, and features.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
Sales and Promotion:
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Data Management:
- Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and ensure data accuracy.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and improve overall performance.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- Share feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain call quality, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Matric and recognized FSCA qualification.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- Strong sales skills with a customer-focused approach.
