Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services, including pricing, availability, and features.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner.

Sales and Promotion:

  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Data Management:

  • Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and improve overall performance.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
  • Share feedback and suggestions for process improvements.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards. 
  • Monitor and maintain call quality, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Matric and recognized FSCA qualification.
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Strong sales skills with a customer-focused approach.
