Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support to the Sales Team is the core function
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance (Front desk, telephonically and written communication)
- Process orders, invoices, and other administrative tasks efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction
Criteria:
- Matric
- Proven experience in a customer service / administrative role
- Highly motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Customer service-oriented with exceptional communication skills
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems
- Reliable, sincere, and approachable personality
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
