Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support to the Sales Team is the core function
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance (Front desk, telephonically and written communication)
  • Process orders, invoices, and other administrative tasks efficiently
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction

Criteria:

  • Matric
  • Proven experience in a customer service / administrative role
  • Highly motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Customer service-oriented with exceptional communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Afrikaans
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems
  • Reliable, sincere, and approachable personality
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
