Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sales operations, including onboarding accounts, SAP management, and order book management.
  • Create and manage procedures to optimize business processes and streamline operations with 3rd party service providers.
  • Provide actionable reporting on OTIF, returns, top sellers, and more.
  • Lead and develop a Customer Service team to ensure excellent performance and customer centricity.
  • Collaborate with S&OP and cross-functional teams to align on budgets, stock, and marketing plans.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience (3-5 years in a similar role).
  • Proficiency in SAP B1 & DTW operations and advanced Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Exceptional reporting and analysis skills with a knack for process automation.
  • A strong communicator with high emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven leadership skills to manage and develop a team.
  • A positive, organized, and dependable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
