MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Matric certificate/ equivalent
• Relevant Trade Certificate
• MS Office Proficiency
• Thorough understanding of procurement procedures / stores administration
• Certificate in Maintenance Planning (or equivalent experience)
• Medically Fit
• Onkey (Pragma) experience will be advantageous

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• 5 years’ experience working in an engineering planning position
• 5 years’ experience working with engineering maintenance plans – plant in particular
• Working knowledge of Mine Health & Safety Act
• A proven track record in maintenance management
• Basic knowledge of contract mining industry

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting on plant productivity
• Accountability for the management of all business aspects of engineering planning & plant maintenance
• Procurement of TMM parts/spares and other engineering items
• Generate controls for engineering maintenance
• Management of engineering maintenance budget
• Management of critical spares
• Maintaining & improving good client, supplier relationships
