Main Focus Areas
- To be responsible for the total nursing care of psychiatric patients in their care
Key Performance Areas: (include but are not limited to)
- Continuous assessment of patient condition and quality patient care.
- Adheres to Scope of Practice at all times.
- Prevents and reports medico- legal risks.
- Stock control according to the prescribed policies.
- Ensures a therapeutic and safe patient environment.
- Maintain quality care principles.
Post Requirements: (include but are not limited to)
- Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary higher certificate and registration with SANC.
- Relevant experience in the nursing discipline would be an advantage
- Must be willing to work shifts in accordance with the requirements of the unit.
