Summary Description:

- This position works closely with the Chief of Staff & Global Human Capital Leader to enable the execution of our Global People Strategy across the network.
- Responsibilities include supporting with the GHC budget & operations as well as communications & meetings for the GHC team & the broader community of HC leaders.
- The individual should be agile and proactive, ready to tackle a broad portfolio & a strong relationship builder. Interactions are with global leaders at the highest level of responsibility in the network.
Knowledge/Skills

Demonstrating thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success:
- Building, maintaining and utilising networks of deep relationships with team members and stakeholders, including HC and Network leadership;
- Working independently, to manage time and workload effectively with a high level of quality, in support of leadership priorities;
- Keen eye for detail and project management / planning;
- Developing and editing internal business communications, including the drafting of communications, social media materials, talking points and presentations consistent with global strategy and standards;
- Supporting across the budget cycle, including planning, stakeholder engagement and cost tracking;
- Experience using MS office (including maintaining SPO sites etc.)
- Approaching problem solving creatively, emphasising a solution-oriented approach to the role;
- Organising logistics and admin for large-scale virtual and in-person meetings and events;
- Working on frequent daily ad hoc requests/projects;
- Working proactively with the ability to work flexibly and to tight deadlines, coping with different time zones and cultural diversity;
- Demonstrating a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills; and,
- Learning quickly and applying knowledge to meet a range of tasks and demands.
