What You’ll Do:

• Innovate and Implement: Develop and implement new processes that enhance Aramex’s operations and benefit our clients.
• Collaborate and Achieve: Work with various business units to reach successful outcomes and execute a wide range of company and client requirements with our solutions team.
• Identify and Solve Challenges: Pinpoint business challenges and areas for improvement, then coordinate strategies to effectively address them.
• Facilitate Success: Help the solutions department set clear, actionable goals and work towards achieving them.
• Explore and Disrupt: Question existing processes and bring innovative ideas to different branches and departments, driving improvements across the organization.

Key Duties:

• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to deliver comprehensive supply chain solutions with a focus on value-added services.
• Propose Solutions: Identify areas of improvement and collaborate with relevant personnel to propose effective solutions.
• Guide and Instruct: Provide guidance to the solutions team and other personnel to achieve company goals.
• Conduct Feasibility Studies: Lead feasibility studies on various internal and external ventures.
• Present Findings: Present key findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay Informed: Keep the solutions team updated on market technologies and capabilities.
• Inform Leadership: Keep EXCO informed of industry and business trends.
• Lead Projects: Implement and drive new initiatives within the business.
• Support Team Members: Offer guidance and support to fellow Business Analysts.
