Position Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Officer to join our team. The HR Officer will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. This role will involve working closely with employees, managers, and the HR team to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
• Administer employee benefits and assist with payroll processing
• Support performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback
• Assist with training and development initiatives, including organizing training sessions and tracking employee progress
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including disciplinary issues and grievance procedures
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Human Resources or a related field
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
