Incident Manager (12 Months Contract)

  • Ensure the recovery of all major incidents with appropriate reporting and notifications to key Stakeholders.
  • Manage persistent incidents from Trend analysis and or Management Escalations.
  • Proactively manage incidents to satisfactory resolution in a timely manner, ensuring minimal business impact, and initiate escalation procedure as appropriate.
  • Understand the impact of incidents on the business allowing for prioritization and direction.
  • Ensure completion of Incident report actions and sign off with agreed OLA
  • Review and sign off on all documented Incident reports prior to business distribution
  • Ensure tracing and successful close out of Incident report actions
  • Conduct lessons learnt sessions post each Major incident to ensure continuous improvement of major incident management process
  • Develop and improve reporting in line with stakeholder requirements and role objectives requirements and role objectives
  • Ensure optimal staffing to allow for 24/7/365 on call support for all major incidents
