The role:
Events

  • Support the events team in planning, executing, concluding, and reporting on CSA’s Events (Match Day and Corporate) operations, in line with the departmental strategy and KPI’s.

Marketing

  • Support the marketing team with executing brand and marketing initiatives that support the overall Brand and Marketing strategy and KPIs. Brand and marketing initiatives include disseminating brand elements to stakeholders, supporting AboveTheLine (ATL) initiatives, and promotional BelowTheLine (BTL) plans.

Role Reporting:

  • This role will report to the Events Manager or her nominee.

Responsibilities:

  • Ticketing and Accreditation administration
  • General administration for ticketing and accreditation as requested by the Ticketing Specialist.
  • Issuing and administering comp ticket requests and record keeping.
  • Events, activations pre, during, and postmatchday administration/ coordination
  • Payment processing and loading of POs on procurement system, Fraxion.
  • Arrange Events team and Stakeholder travel for events and matches.
  • Event coordination and logistics including but not limited to:
  • Guest management i.e… RSVP, travel, seating plans, and general event inquiries.
  • Assist in putting together branding requirements for activations, events, and matches.
  • Administration of branding requests from internal stakeholders and record keeping.
  • Assist in putting together events and activations calendar.
  • Assist in the management of events and activations.
  • Assist with the management of signing sessions, distribution of signing cards, and marketing material at stadiums.
  • Assist with managing mascot, and ZAK schedules.
  • Assist with the distribution of complimentary tickets on match day.
  • Serve as a hostess on event days and golf days.
  • Coordinate marketing materials and stocktaking.
  • Assist with Member requirements on matchdays.
  • Support with match and event readiness documentation.
  • Serve as a general resource for the Marketing & Events Business Unit to assist with tasks as needed.

BRAND & MARKETING DUTIES

  • Assist the CSA marketing department to continuously improve the CSA brand loyalty index as well as the Company’s Net Promoter Score through assigned tasks.
  • Assist in proactively identifying and developing promotional and digital marketing ideas and opportunities.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research and keep the team abreast by reporting on the following:
  • Competitor trends
  • Best practices
  • Consumer research
  • Market trends
  • Experiential marketing
