Job Responsibilities

• Completion of SDC assessments
• Checking accuracy of Invoices against Purchase Orders
• Creation of shipping Waybills
• Picking and Packing of shipments
• Updating On Time Delivery Reports
• Matching and filing of delivery documentation
• Communication with suppliers and handling courier queries
• Receiving and packing of stock from HemoCue AB
• CRM data capturing
• Update of quality control and ambient stock reports
• Monthly stock takes and quarter end counting
• Quarter-end delivery follow-ups
• Prepare equipment for HemoCue events
• Participation and update of Daily Management Board
