Job Purpose
- Manage a team of Quality Assurance Specialists, in order to reduce the risk to the company and the customer through the effective audit and evaluation of skills, processes, systems and claims decision making in alignment with Industry requirements.
Responsibilities
Education
- General Education: Grade 12/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential); University Degree or Similar (Advantageous); RE1 (Advantageous)
Experience
- 4 - 6 years general insurance experience (Essential). 2 - 3 years experience in managing and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results (Essential)
