Brand Campaigns and Meetings:

  • Set up brand and business meetings
  • Minute taking
  • Campaign trade checklists
  • Campaign reporting
  • Management of in-store window displays, store in store + vm elements
  • Create DI for distribution
  • Media screens schedule 

New Store Openings and Store Activations:

  • Assist in briefing artwork
  • Set up Rewards Campaign on Rewards system
  • Liaise with the artists/ suppliers on the day of the opening 

Invoicing:

  • Raise requisitions and CE for invoices – send to suppliers
  • Vendor on-boarding process 

Adhoc:

  • Order the team’s gift cards on the ordering system
  • Create E-waybills online and send off parcels
  • Briefing artwork to art department

Qualification and Experience:

  • Grade 12 or relevant numeracy and literacy levels
  • Marketing: Certificate, Diploma, Degree
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience, especially advertising or corporate marketing
