SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Are you a marketer ready to dive into a unique dual-brand role? We’re seeking a creative and organised Marketing Coordinator to join our team, working on both our liquor store and pet store brands. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Marketing Degree (NQF7 qualification)
  • 3 years of experience in marketing
  • Excellent writing ability
  • Excellent spelling and grammar
  • Eye for detail
  • Love for content creation
  • Must love animals
  • Have no aversion to promote and working with alcohol brands

What you’ll do

This is a list of tasks that you will be responsible for doing on your days at work.

  • Plan and implement marketing strategies to raise brand awareness, sales, drive engagement and web traffic
  • Optimize web content
  • Responsibilities include creating relationships with franchisees and regional managers, to learn about their needs and capabilities
  • Run administrative duties for the department
  • Analyse the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Prepare and present reports on your progress
  • Oversee influencer management
  • Keep abreast with new trends in marketing and digital technology
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns.
  • Post on all channels and manage the company website – including online catalogue
  • Ensure all promotions are loaded online at the right time.
  • Post store-specific content onto the main brand’s social media pages
  • Build the location pages on Google and Facebook, ensure their correctness, and keep them active, and grow the followers to the benefit of stores.
  • Work directly with the design agency to get direction on promotion and creatives.
  • Maintain your own brand budget for design and advertising
