Intercare Silverlakes Medical and Dental Centre situated in Silverlakes, Pretoria East seeks to recruit for a Receptionist. The focus of this position is to provide professional customer service by facilitating the patient administration process.

CRITICAL OUTPUTS

• Coordinate and schedule doctors training and meeting with pharmaceutical companies.
• Schedule standard and referral appointments for patients according to established procedures.
• Direct all customers to the appropriate location, services and appropriate professional.
• Ensure that the reception area is always net and tidy.
• To refer all emergency cases to the nurse station without delay.
• Coordinate and manage patient flow in the medical waiting area.
• Manage the flow of patient files to and from professionals.
• Monitor the use of supplies and equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum requirement: Grade 12
• Previous experience in medical practice environment essential.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office)
• Working knowledge of GoodX system will be advantageous.
