Key responsibilities will be:

  •  Financial operations: Ensuring that we have seamless financial processes including billing, supplier payments, and managing the relationship with our outsourced accounting firm
  •  People operations: Ensuring that we hire the best people and that they have great onboarding experiences. This includes managing recruitment processes, new employee onboarding, and payroll
  •  Client reporting: Ensuring that our clients have visibility on key performance metrics. This involves generating weekly and monthly reports that we share with our customers.
  •  Office Operations: Managing the office environment and ensuring that we have a great working environment for all of our team members – this includes organising regular team building activities and events.

Requirements

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you meet the following requirements:

  • University Degree
  • Matric mathematics (not Maths literacy)
  • Basic financial administration experience – in particular experience using Xero / Pastel or similar software for creating and sending invoices
  • 2+ years office management / financial administration experience
  • Good Excel / Google sheets skills
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written English
