Description
- Payroll processing including but not limited to: Timesheets and input, overtime, incentives, on holds, terminations, increases, promotions, demotions, maternity leave.
- End to end processing of company payroll for wage staff.
- Understand compulsory employee benefits.
- Collate Payroll information, process, produce reports and file accordingly.
- Salary clearing, company recons and loan recons.
- Handling staff related queries regarding payroll.
- Generation of payroll reports.
- Processing of UI19s.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Payroll Qualification/ Certification will be advantageous.
- 2 years working experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of legislative requirements for South African payrolls.
- Knowledge of payroll administration
- Computer experience MS Office, Outlook.
- Excel minimum Intermediate level experience must be able to demonstrate same.
- Working experience in SAGE 300 People
