KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
  • Coordinate and ordering all of the company corporate uniforms for all business units.
  • Process employee onboarding and offboarding paperwork, including new hire orientation and exit interviews.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, room bookings, and equipment setup.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of training materials and resources.
  • Track employee training progress and maintain accurate training records.
  • Assist with the user administration of the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Assist with the evaluation of training programs and gather feedback from participants.
  • Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team and support to the People Ops Business Unit as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Prepare People Ops reports and analytics as needed.
  • Growing & Maintaining the Ho Hola culture. 

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration or related roles, with a preference for experience within the FMCG Retail Industry. 
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms (will be an advantage).
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (particularly PowerPoint and Excel).
