Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources/ Industrial Psychology (Diploma/ Degree or Relevant)
  • 2 – 5 year’s proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Proven experience and ability to head hunting A-Team players, using different strategies and platforms. 
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc.).
  • Familiarity with HR databases Simplify and MIE will be advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft the MS suite of programs.  

Duties and Responsibilities

Overall recruiting strategy includes:

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Recruit and Head Hunt A-Team players on different platforms available.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and advertise vacancies on available databases.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Facilitate process of interviews including scheduling appointments with recruitment panel and candidates; and lead interviews as part of recruitment panel using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Promote company’s reputation as “employer of choice.
  • Contributing with innovative ideas to improve the VKB Group’s recruitment metrics, making the decision easy for internal clients and divisions.
