Roles & Responsibilities:  

  • Assist the Executive Management Assistant to manage CEO time efficiently, including handling emails, preparing documents, and organizing meetings. 
  • Be responsible for comprehensive calendar management for various meetings, events, and travel across multiple time zones.
  • Support the Executive Management Assistant to maintain business rhythms through effective agenda management, meticulous notetaking, and handling logistics while tracking results and meeting time critical targets. 
  • Coordinate and organize logistics for various meetings, conferences, and special events.
  • Handle expense reports and manage purchase orders as needed. 
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. 
  • Provide administrative and support to support the CEO in his personal capacity as needed, which will include being available after hours and on weekends to act on urgent requests. 

Requirements:  

  • Relevant qualification, degree preferred 
  • Own reliable transport required 
  • Highly organised, with high attention to detail 
  • Aim to serve with a personalised touch 
  • Great communicator, who easily communicates with different stakeholders without being verbose. 
  • Savvy with technology and enjoy automating processes 
  • Great multitasker that adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions 
  • Thrive in a fast-moving and complex organisation 
  • Possess a strong willingness to work hard and sometimes long hours to get the job done 
  • Be willing to be available after hours/on weekends to act on urgent requests as needed (ad-hoc)
