Placement Facilitator needed at CLS Human Capital Specialists

JOB SUMMARY

• Facilitating the process of placing and coordinating the right nursing professional into the right position, whilst being client centered and focused to ensuring long-term working relationships with existing clients and candidates. Facilitation entails working via telephonic calls and WhatsApp’s to do the logistics for hospitals regarding the supply of nursing agents.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education (essential):

• Matric 

Minimum education (desirable):

• Diploma in Office Management or Communication 

Minimum applicable experience (years):

• 2-3 years

Required nature of experience:

• Office Administration
• Client Engagement
• Call Centre Experience

Skills and Knowledge

• Microsoft Suite
• Intermediate Excel proficiency
• Call Centre Procedures
• Conflict Management 

The following experience would be advantageous:

• Working in a call centre
• CRM system (Salesforce in particular) experience
• Ease of use with video calling
• Cold Calling experience
