Education and Experience

• Qualified actuary
• At least 4 years working experience, preferably in a R&D environment
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in a Product development or technical marketing role (advantageous);
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in life insurance and/or investments (advantageous)
• Leadership qualities
• Strong written and verbal communication, with an ability to simplify ambiguous information
• Project and people management
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft PowerPoint
• Knowledge of modelling packages such as SPSS, Python or R is an advantage
