Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role i for a Project Leader located in Lichtenburg. The Project Leader will be responsible for overseeing project planning and execution, managing project teams, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones, and maintaining budgetary control. The role includes coordinating with various stakeholders, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to company and regulatory standards. Effective communication and leadership are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• 8 years Project Management and Team Leadership skills in IT (PHP environment)
• Experience in Budget Management and Resource Allocation
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Risk Assessment and Problem-Solving abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Lichtenburg
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
• Experience in the agricultural industry is a plus
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
