You Got the Goods?

• At least 4 years of experience in digital product delivery, including managing multiple projects and teams of UX and UI designers
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
• Experience in business development and account management, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to clients and team members
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of designers to deliver exceptional results
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid solutions
• A passion for digital design and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry

• Manage a squad of UX and UI designers to deliver digital products that meet our client’s needs and exceed their expectations.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
• Solution-driven and able to pivot the project direction per the client’s strategic business needs
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, and to develop solutions that meet those needs and goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and identify opportunities for account growth and development
• Collaborate with other internal stakeholders including Business Development, Finance, Data and Analytics, to ensure that projects are aligned with our overall business strategy
• Manage project budgets and timelines, and provide regular updates to clients and senior management
• Continuously lead, manage and drive your squad of designers to be aligned and highly autonomous
• Continuously improve our project management processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure that we deliver exceptional results to our clients
