Your Duties and Responsibilities…

  • Monthly landlord management (recons, solution management to issues raised & prompt response management > this is essential to maintain good relations with our landlords).
  • Monthly payments and remittances being send to landlords.
  • Continuous rates vetting.
  • Landlord recoveries (generates cash flow).
  • Legal support in calculations needed for settlement matters.
  • Providing support to the National Property Asset Manager and Health & Safety Facilities Director.
  • Updating rent & rate roles.
  • Overseeing the utility Smartsheet to avoid incorrect payments.
  • Monthly reconciliations (this is NB for not just ensuring that the LL account is up to date but to correct the account, this has resulted in significant recoveries of historical over payments improving our cash flow).
  • PT contract loading onto Itensity for Product Team.
  • Other adhoc necessities.

Minimum requirements

We can’t live without…

  • 6-12 months experience in a similar role
  • BCom Degree
  • Excel proficiency
  • Communication proficiency
  • General understanding of legal contracting
