Minimum Requirements
- Honours Degree in Psychology or Industrial Psychology
- Registered as a Psychometrist with the HPCSA
- 2-3 Year’s relevant experience with psychometric assessments (which includes compiling competency profiles, designing assessment batteries, administering assessments, report writing, and feedback)

Duties and Responsibilities
Maintenance of Assessment principles and approach
- Assess and identify organisational assessment requirements
- Maintain and enhance the assessment approach to ensure it is meeting business needs
- Update and develop interview selection assessment processes, including interview guides, case studies and job specific assessments
- Update and maintain the competency and assessment matrix
- Review legislative changes and advise business on critical changes
- Format and implement report templates
- Set user rights for the use and storage of reports
Provision of Psychometric Services
- Prepare and administer psychological assessments in various formats
- Book psychometrics with candidates, coordinate and communicate appointment times and venues for the testing of individuals or subject groups
- Administer psychometric assessments for both internal and external candidates
- Maintain records of credits and purchases through the relevant internal assessments system
- Compile and distribute customised reports for both recruitment and development purposes
- Provide face-to-face feedback on request
- Maintain the confidentiality of test results and recommendations
- Maintain the security of testing materials and confidential reports
Talent Consulting
- Consult on talent initiatives
- Set up and maintain formalised development approaches and action plans
- Identify gaps and provide recommendations in the Talent management process
- Develop initiatives to support gaps and business needs
- Align talent development approaches to the current and future needs of the business
- Advise and consult on more effective talent identification methods
Supplier Management
- Identify new suppliers and provide proposals on partner selection
- Manage supplier SLAs
- Manage any updates in requirements such as reporting and data needs
Reporting and BI
- Facilitate the automation of psychometric reports
- Assess data and trends to provide insights
- Analyse retention statistics based on recommendations made
- Report on the number of assessments used and associated costs
- Continually assess offerings and processes, proposing better solutions or cost saving techniques where appropriate
